Bear in a suitcase crochet PATTERN

The suitcase measures 16 cm (6.3 inch) length, 24 cm (9.4 inch) width and 10 cm (4 inch) depth if using indicated materials. The bear measures approximately 15 cm (6 inch).

Materials you need:
- Crochet hook: 2.0 mm and 5.0 mm
- Yarns: Scheepjes Catona (100% mercerized cotton; 50g = 125m) – for the bear, his outfits, pillow, blanket, little cart and suitcase straps. YarnArt Baby Cotton (50% cotton, 50% acrylic; 50g = 165m) – for the little bear. Bobbiny Braided Cord Junior 3 mm (100% cotton) – for the suitcase.
- Two 5 mm black safety eyes
- 6 medium size buttons (I’ve used 18 mm) – 4 x for the cart’s wheels and 2 x for the suitcase
- Plastic canva (7 ct or stiffer) – for the suitcase
- Soft stuffing (like fiberfill etc.)
- Hot glue gun
- Strong thread (e.g. dental floss) – to create bear’s eyes
- Craft wire – for bear’s arms and suitcase handles
